THE NEW 2008

There was an article on whether one is a pessimistic or optimistic person towards the new year. if you look forward to it as the end of the 07 year, you are kinda considered a pessimist, however if you look to it as the new 08 year, you are considered to be an optimist. so which are you? i am the optimist!

Anyway my birthday was a blast i finally got the pictures up on facebook, but here's one with all of us in it! thanks girl, i really enjoyed it.

The date with J went ok, i wished it could be better! but we had dinner with my family at lavender street market - yummy wanton mee!

Christmas eve saw me over at J's aunt's place, it was pretty decent towards the end but the process kinda bore me a little. the things to do to ensure that we're counting down with our loved ones, yes i know...

Christmas went by fine, i met up with Cheryl, Daries, Celine and a few others. its always nice meeting up with friends that u havent caught up with in the longest time.its like an accumulation of loads of gossips and fun!

I only recall me slacking and rotting at home for the next few days, boy u wouldnt like to see my shape now. circle's a shape too!

Counting down to the new year was fun. was over at Tong's place playing waterbombs and what nots. eveyone was bombed, soaked to the skin but really happy. everyone meant even those who didnt bring spare clothes, didnt expect to be drenched, those who were going to party after Tong's place and those who came over late after boozing. it was tonnes of fun. a pity vic wasnt there, she left with her guy earlier to go over to his friend's place. once again, the things to do to ensure that we're counting down with our loved ones.

and oh yes, i finally just got down to one of my new year resolutions - i sent out my resumes to all the big 4 auditing firms. so im crossing my fingers that i'd get replie(s) very soon. the sudden thought of more clothes, dining out and that must have marc by marc jacobs bag just makes me extremely happy. oh please oh please, i cant wait!!!
